Fees

I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to ensure that I am able to provide what you are hoping for from therapy and cognitive assessments. For those choosing to undertake therapy you will then be invited to an initial assessment session which will involve exploring the difficulties you may be facing and coming to a joint understanding of why professional help has been sought and consideration of what change may look like, ultimately establishing meaningful goals for our work together. This will help us to work out how many sessions will be needed for our work together to be successful.
Therapy fees:
Psychological therapy sessions are paid per session. Once we have agreed to begin working together you will be provided with terms and conditions, and the cancellation policy.
  • Initial 15 minute phone consultation – Free
  • Initial assessment session - £100
  • Individual 50 minute therapy session - £100
  • Couple 50 minute therapy session - £120
Different therapies tend to require different number of sessions which also impacts on overall cost and can be discussed at initial assessment. There is no obligation to continue work following the initial assessment session if you do not feel it fits for you.

Health Insurance:
I am currently registered with: Aviva, VitalityHealth and WPA. If I am not currently listed as a healthcare professional provider with your insurance company, please make an enquiry as it may well be that this could be arranged.

Clients wishing to fund sessions through their health insurer, please ensure this has been agreed prior to therapy starting. Insurance companies will be invoiced accordingly.

Cognitive Assessment fees:
  • Children and adult stand alone cognitive assessment (with report, recommendations, 30 minute feedback session) - £650
  • Full Assessment of Learning Disability in adults aged 18+ (to include developmental history taking, adaptive behaviour assessment, and cognitive assessment, report and recommendations) - £1500
  • Any further feedback, additional meetings, need for report changes (above what would be included following feedback) will be charged at the hourly rate - £100
