Couples & Family Therapy
Relationships shape every part of our lives. They can be our greatest source of support, but they can also become places where misunderstandings, conflict and distress develop.
My training in Systemic and Family Therapy has strengthened the way I work with couples and families by helping us understand difficulties within the context of relationships rather than seeing problems as belonging to one individual.
Together we explore the patterns that families and couples can become caught in, how communication develops, and the stories that people tell about themselves and one another. By understanding these patterns, it becomes possible to create new ways of relating that foster greater connection, compassion and understanding.
Whether you are facing communication difficulties, adjusting to life transitions, parenting challenges, illness, neurodiversity within the family, or simply feeling disconnected from one another, therapy provides a safe and respectful space to work together towards meaningful change.
The goal is not to decide who is right or wrong, but to understand one another more deeply and create relationships that feel stronger, healthier and more fulfilling.
